Haha! Sam does not look all that happy about the hat. Although my dog most likely would have torn it to bits before I was allowed to get it on her head! I hope Sam got lots of treats after this was taken. LOL Good to have you as a new "photo friend" Nicole. Best wishes to you and Sam for 2008!

Well I don't think I'll be getting this for Christmas, because my Son is broke and I already bought him a 17-85mm IS, USM. As for me buying it, I already got mine. I paid off 2 mortgages last month and Monday I paid off my Pick Up Truck 6 months early so I could be 100% dept free... YES!
Now it is time to start saving everything I can, so I can travel the world like you do... ;)

Ought Oh, Somebody got their Chrismas present early. Fantastic sharpness even @ larger f/stops I'm sure... hehehe
Just checked this 1 out on line and I think I must have this for my 10D body. Light weight, sharp, and versetile... The feedback is amazing from people all over the world...
Please post more so I may enjoy the quality of this lens... Only one crititique and that it is not a macro lens. Although it will focus as close as 11 inches it is not a macro... ;)
