*LOL* Iīm sure my husband would just LOVE that plan hehe - you need to find yourself a sponsor! Photograph sth. special up north that some people would love to publish or show/sell- maybe your parents will finance you again?;-) I was thinking about making a combined photography/questionairejourney to Greenland being interested in todayīs religious beliefs - how many of the old myths are still vivid in their minds, what role does religion of any kind play now, the combination etc. Iīm just a bit shy to go out and contact people, so maybe I really should sponsor you so you could be the outgoing agent*LOL*

Yes, it's my lifedream and target to spend my life in the north! as a poor student i can't earn enough money for traveling to these places. you know, taking a helicopter and etc...! And my Scandinavia journy was financed by my parents and a never seen friend!!! well, when you go to Greenland for 4. time, invite me :))

You really must go to Greenland though. Iīve been there three times and itīs so breathtaking a place. Small villages with almost no roads but lots of sleddogs and boats, helicopters and planes. To walk out there feeling so small and insignificant is surreal and wonderful. Itīs also a gift being able to breath the cold crisp air and drink water from the streams while hiking. Svalbard also interests me because of its location, weather, polarbears and research up there. What a pity youhave no money to study up there - that would be amazing for you!! Maybe you can work up some money and do it? I was considering doing my final paper at the university in Greenland, but for some reason I didnīt although being in contact with the faculty up there. I truly hope youīll be able to either study or just travel in these places!

Well, in summer i was traveling through the whole scandinavia and i went up to Nordkapp and jumped into the polar ocean in Hammerfest! my first target was Greenland. I'v called the danish embassy, if i need a Visa for Greenland, and yes i needed one and for that i had to drive to Berlin!!! so i'v changed my plan and went to scandinavia.
and this is very very amazing that you are dreaming from svarland. that's my dream too and generally the whole arctic. i'v investigated a lot about Svarland and found some intresting stuffs. for example studing for one semester up there. but i have no no no money :(((

Thank you Joggie, Yes, the noise helps a lot for the "old-painting-feel", but i would like to see more details on the grass. anyway, because of the strong fog, it was not possible to catch more details :)

Great creativity! The noise actually fits the subject and enhances the "old feel" atmosphere of the image. Well composed with great colour tones! Fine work Kaveh! Joggie
