About It should be a greater DoF in order to have also the front part of the petal in focus. But still I find it interesting because of the presence of those tiny particles on the petals.

Very good details with the grains of pollen, Nick, and as you say it would be nice to have the whole petal in focus, but maybe not possible without a tripod and very slow shutter speed.
