The lighting is good. Particularly the green light reflected on the rickshaw puller on the foreground. I would have omitted the bright green light on the background from the composition, which is kind of distracting and trying to steal the attention away from the main subject of the photo. The other minor issue with this is the slight shake that invariably creeps in night shots which are taken without a stand, which I guess, was the case here.
Otherwise this is spot on as a street photograph. The story, the mood and above all the vertical format chosen in a situation where the obvious temptation is to take a photo in landscape mode, is commendable.
All in all a 6/7 from me !
