Hi Danny, nothing personal mate but, it is very noticeable that you have tried to lighten the dark areas on the image, also shooting handheld the image is very soft, and the heavy processing in PS is also very noticable, as you said in your comment, 'if its no good bin it'. Danny i would rather tell you as a friend that its not up to your regular standards, than come on here and type a comment saying how great it is, when i dont really mean it.

Best Regards

Ian...

If you could pick out all the elements you wanted from a bag and put them together as a photo, I guess it might look something like this! Ach, maybe I'd swap the cow for a horse... Just kidding - it's excellent!

Thank you Cathy. I was lucky with the cow which just wandered into the area as I was leaving.I had removed my camera from the tri pod so hurredly lifted the ISO shot the picture and hoped. I would rather shoot and take a bad picture than not shoot at all. If it no good just bin it.
Cheers
Danny

Danny, how do you manage to get so many elements in one image? Not only a wonderful sunset, but boats placed so nicely. And then there's a cow! Right place at the right time, with the right eye to see it with. CC

Mirek, thanks for commenting. The cow was there, the boats were there, and the sunset was there. These colours were of course tweaked in photoshop.

Nice shot. Similar in structure to the image I saw before. Great use of all the elements. The cow, the boats, the firelike sunset and everything else. So much to look at it almost appears like a photoshop creation. Excellent job!
