Hi Fred,
This one is a male Green spiny lizard (Scelophorus malachiticus). Females are grey and a lot less colorful than males.
To answer Dave's question, with tail included, it can measures about 200 mm (almost 8 inches).
The grey coloration at the end of its tail means that it got broken at some point and grew back.
