A few things are going on here that I like. The angle of the building in the shot is nice and the detail is good. I like the traffic signal as it seems to add another layer to the shot. I like the choice of using B&W as well. Good work Nick.

These buildings go really well in b&w! Like you have said, you have captured the brilliance of these houses with the attractive architecture in a sunny atmosphere! I also think the composition works well too. Very nice shot, Nick!
