Well that is absolutely excellent shot, we have seen a lot of bridges in a cable like style made by ciment, metal....but that way???? Personaly I never seen that, original, unique and from a good point of view, excellent presentation Shirley!

It's quite a little hike in there, but beautiful all the way. My friend and I did this a few years ago, and it was starting to get dark by the time we hiked out...so don't go too late in the day.;):):)

You got it, Dave. I was trying to show as much of this lovely little bridge as possible with the limited 28-70mm lens that I had then. In this fast-flowing creek, there were no reflections, and the bridge is quite high above it. Thank you, Dave.:)

Very nice photo and a very interesting subject matter. With your composition, you place the bridge at the top of the photo. It makes me wonder if there are compositional rules for bridge photos. i.e., since the creek (the water) is not visible, just the depth of the ravine, should the bridge be lower?
I know where you have the bridge reflected in water, you'd want it to be toward the top with the reflection on the water but I am not sure about this case. I'm not criticizing, I'm curious for my own knowledge... if there are such compositional rules at all for this subject.
On the other hand, your high subject does show some of the suspension ropes, so maybe that is the purpose of the higher subject.
