Gawd, you've shown me something I hadn't noticed myself, Annemette! That echo of the wall and pillar... it's really interesting that I didn't consciously notice, because it proves what I often think which is that these oppositions, complimentary elements, echoes in photographs are often spotted at a subconscious level... I am always looking for them on purpose, but sometimes they enter you stealthily and slyly so that you only notice they are there later on...

Excellent eye as always, Crow. The composition is right on with the wall and pillar corresponding the man and his son.
The wall being steady, strong and also conservative and the pillar being more light, standing in the middle ready to be influenced from all sides. Interesting shadow as well as if the spirited kid has a rough life ahead bending down in agony.
