Just imagine ... I was laying today on my balcony and I felt asleep ... on the Sun, but it was not so strong and it was a little bit windy ... all around green and the smell of nature and Summer ... soooo relaxing .... it seems only that can provide me relaxed and peaceful sleep :))))) And there was no house cleaning today :))))) Me ... not cleaning the house, ha, myracle :)
I was thinking of you ... and I am sure you are going to come much sooner as we both expected :))))

It would certainly appear that I am comming to Belgrade much sooner than I had thought with all this rain and cold weather we have here... Not to mention the sister I lost at birth :) I would like to become
SUPERWOMAN too this could be really fun, and the good looking Serbian men...... Oh my gosh..I am ready to fly out of Oregon now ..... It's just like the middle of winter here this week-end... Crazy !

It seems that you are going to come to Belgrade veeerryyyy soon, the Sun and warm weather would give you more positive energy and you would become SUPERWOMEN :))))

Michele -- I think both "new" versions are improvements in different ways. Excellent -- keep playing when you have time with other pictures as you create them. Both results on this one were very good.

Nice, very good the element of the shadow with the line of light between two shadow parts, that is a veeery good element here, good perspective and depth feeling Michele, and on that type of photos I like more to see blur background, yea, the use of wide aperture adds a lot on that.

Thank YOU Jan... I AGREE totally ... I immediately cropped the top off like Annemette suggested and I will attach it for you to view as well...I agree with your suggestion as well... I noticed from the start that there is potential in the shadows and tones, for an interesting abstract ...I just got in a hurry to post some STEPS...lol!!!

Thank YOU for your always pleasant commets dear Nicki.... YES :)) I am guilty I count all the steps .....BUT at one time I did live accross the street from these steps so I knew them sooooooo well- like I was up & down them everyday all day long :))
These used to be totally straight UP + Down 'no landing' area for people who need a rest....... NOW that was a really good shot but it has already faded ((((disinagrated))) away from saving to floppy disk...(It was many years a go -lol)))

I really do have a 'thing' for steps tho and I am glad you notice it ... I have enough in my portfolio I know this :))
I loved your idea ...because YOU ARE RIGHT the shadows do get stronger and I was into the shadows too ... I immediately cropped it so I could show you , but I think I would also maybe fine tune the right side a bit darker like the shadows are too..... I like the look thou and appreciate your advise Very much my dear!!!

Good eye to get this one, Michele. It is slightly tilted and a slight rotation would possibly give it more impact. I think Annemette's suggestion is a good one, too. You should play with this one a bit and see if you can come up with any variations you like as much or more. Regardless of any suggestions I think this is very good work.

Dear Michele- stairwoman*LOL* I would crop off the top leaving only the stairs and no green. It will shorten the stairs, but I think the composition will get strong and interesting from doing this. Just a suggestion though! The shadows and texture come out in such a fascinating way when looking at it without the top.
