it is the minor leagues. For those of you who know nothing of this, let me explain. There are teams in the major league. Chicago Cubs, Cleveland Indians, etc. Each team also has a minor league system where they develope new players. The Lowest level of the league is the instructional league. Then there is A-ball, AA-ball, AAA-ball(known in the baseball world as Single-A, Double-A and Triple-A) then, finally, the major leagues. There is also a winter league. Anyway, the Peoria Chiefs are the Cubs A farm team. It is not great baseball but it is a great time. And silliness like this is all over the ballpark.
