Up to now I didn't do any digital alteration to any of the posted images, Ian! Only camera and lens. On this and some other ones I tried different amounts of soft focus, since the sharp images didn't gave me what I wanted. It was the wish to produce some "artificially" humid atmosphere here that mede me think that soft focus could fit.

something about the thumbnail led me to expect some gaussian blurr in the background. Perhaps there is. I should be the last one to complain about grain, but blurr to relieve that may set the finer lights off?
