:))) Wonderful triangles Michele...
Love the rich stripe the path makes in the green... Creates a nice balance with the misty distance going across the valley floor up to the peaks where the clouds nessle like a comfoting blanket...:)))
Excellent landscape again... ~~GRIN~~ You are *firing* sweet lady...:))

Fantastic scenery, Nice perspective and composition. I've looked at this shot for a while. As others have commented the sky is a bit of a problem. Some clouds are blown out and blue has lost it's rich colour. There is too much contrast between the foreground and the distance for your camera to handle on auto exposure, it wants to balance out the shot and in doing so the sky is over exposed. As Doyle suggested, you could have used a grad. neutral density filter. Or you could have under exposed the shot a stop and adjusted the midtones afterward. To show you would could be done I have applied a ndf in Elements and cropped a bit of the foreground on the left. I cloned some info into the blown clouds. If I am being a pest please let me know. All the best, Joe

Ahhhh....love geometry in landscapes, here great shapes from the greens areas, the 'red' path, the soft tones of the backgrounded landscape and the soft sky, we can see the lines these areas makes between them and that is the great element here. Best regards!

Perfect choice for settings. NOT oversharpened or over-processed. I'm still a tad distracted by the sky tones. Likely an Graduated ND filter would help immensley . . . or better editing tools. But this is quality work!! I looked at a B&W conversion with red filter (You know how I HAVE to look around) and did not think it was a strong as your color version. Attached it anyway for your amusement. Beautiful . . . particularly with the valley. :)
