Hi Michele,
Jakey likes the water but not as much as our Bouvier which is obsessed with it. I had trouble keeping her out of the water this morning.
I wish Jakey was more lab like. He is a very intelligent, high energy, dominate dog. He thinks he's the ruler of the world. Thankfully he's not aggressive. My wife jokingly says he has Attention Deficit Disorder. He is a lot of fun and there is seldom a dull moment.

I would bet that he has a great personality and LOVES the water too ... Annemtte has a Newfoundland and tells me of his temperment being soo great, and I have had labs... they are the same - and both loving the water- must be a wonderful mix :))

We were told that Jakey is a lab/Newfoundland cross. He looks like a very large lab with a bushy tail. And no run today, usually we play chase the ball in the yard or go for walk.

oh he's gorgeous - looks identical to my puppy (long gone now sadly) - same velvety ears and paddy paws....and yep he liked his comfort too! We'd catch him sleeping on the sofa or bed and he'd pretend he'd never been near! Great capture Joe. Cheers, Jo
