About The colours usually give away whether it is a girl or boy. Not that I donīt like that thereīs a difference, but after a while it gets boring having mostly red, pink and purple to dress oneīs daughter in:-(
A luxuraryproblem I know, but more green and blue clothes for small girls please and more colourful and nice clothes for boys! I hope there are clothesmerchandisers on UF*LOL*

Boys wear blue.
Girls wear pink.

That's the way it is.
That's the way it was.
That's the way it should be.

This is a safety issue. Any young lad sporting a new pink ruffled blouse-shirt at school is likely to be treated with less than due respect.

Case Closed.

Regards,
Doyle I <~~~~~

PS: Just kidding but I wanted to see the expression on your face when you saw that and . . . well . . . ( ahem ) . . . that's not gonna work. I guess I'll just have to imagine it! I plead Blond! LoL!

Oh yes I see, then you had to buy all new clothes instead of just reusing the almost new fine clothes! We should care less and donīt worry about certain colours for males and females. People in warmer regions of the world seem to be less conservative in regards of colours.
Have a colourful sunday:-)

Thanks Michele- just a crazy idea and a complaint because I love green, yellow and bright blue colours but they are hard to find for Anna Sophie.
Take care

:-) A real man doesnīt spend hours in front of the mirror, Patrick. Well, I donīt either, but I think itīs fine that you donīt spend a lot of effort worrying about your outfit;-)

What a wonderful rainbow of colors-- and yes-- definitely a girl's colors. Boys would have browns, dark blues, grey and tans. We have two children, the oldest a girl and the second child a boy. Because of these differences there were no "hand-me-downs" when they grew up. I assume that we as adults and our culture determine their color preferences and expectations. Or is it something in their preferential make-up?
--Best to you, Jan

Hmm... you wouldn't rate my wardrobe, Annemette... blue t-shirts, jeans, black socks, blue underpants. That's about it! I once had a plan to set up a clothes shop called 'Blokes' which would cater for men over 30 who couldn't care less about clothes. It would sell blue t-shirts and blue jeans and that's it.

That sounds awesome, Onie, making all this clothes yourself giving it a personal touch:-)Maybe you should make that a sidebusiness making such clothes. Iīd buy it:-)
Iīd love being able to do this. Maybe I should consider learning this, but I have an issue with my patience. If it canīt be learned and done rather quickly, it starts boring me. I guess, Iīm a typical product of our time although I hate when people stress around.
Best wishes
Annemette

~~GRIN~~ Annemette... A rainbow of colour in Anna Sophies wardrobe, but can see what you mean as in the missing orange, yellows and blue/ green... Think the manufacturers pick a couple of colours each season and run with them... We end up with lots of red/pink/purple little girls running around...:(

When our son and daughter were little, I used to sew their clothes... All colours, add bits and pieces to them, ~~GRIN~~ Like buttons where they shouldn't be and work animals and insects, let imagination run riot... and then the same for our grandaughter lol... I miss the fun of creating those little garments... :)

All the best in your quest Annemette ~~GRIN~~ Hope they are here at UF...

Onie...
