This is a series of old negatives from a nice trip I've done in 1987 to Búzios, a cozy little town near Rio de Janeiro. The images were shot with a Minolta 110, one of the films was bought there at a store the could be anything except a photo store. Add to this time and we have these interesting, at least on my opinion, color shifts. Plus, 110 film was very small, hard to manipulate. So the labs glued a plastic strip to fit them on 35mm film holders. As Murphy's Laws rules, naturally the glue felt a desperate need for action and spread on everything... I found them about three days ago and, after baths of water here's what I could rescue. I decided not to use Nikon's soft ICE feature to correct the scratches because I think they give a sense of time I found part of this series history. I prefer them scratched, no matter how strange this may seem.
