Agree with James, the tones you've nailed down here are oddly wonderful, but at the same time why not tame the excessive and obvious appearing hairlight, its just too much. Unfortunately I dont have much to offer as to how to go about doing that, but its breaking up what seems to be your aim here, as does the hair straying across her face~
