Shahid,
This is at Taj Mahal, and I am inside the Mosque to the west of the main white building. She was looking around, and I waited as her eyes danced upward along the incredible detail on the walls and ceiling.

Great shot, even if she posed (and dressed for it) it wouldn't be as good.

That was my first inclination, but when I did, it dropped out all the detail on the ceiling behind her. That is her motivation for looking upward. I also wanted the ceiling to 'share' the spotlight with her, since I cropped all corners to major lines in the image.

So, tested and rejected (for now) Gayle.

Thanks, Sal!
Yeah, a red room with a strongly backlit woman in yellow. Can it get any better? Yeah.

As I'm framing my shot, she starts looking up and up at all the exquisite inlay, and my shot just got more powerful. ::click::

like the comp, but immediately wanted to tweak contrast when i saw this one...i think it would give more impact to this simple but effective image...cool that they allow shots inside,too...probably as close as i will ever get,so thanks for sharing your vision of the Taj,Paul....peace,gayle

(i will give ya a 7 for this one cause i know you will take my advice about tweaking the contrast...eventually) ;) :)
peace,gayle

This shot is powerful. As good as "reflecting..." Extremely aptly named.

Hehe. Thanks, Mark.
She never knew what caught her, she was so taken by the moment. As you've probably discerned, this was cropped to get all angles into each corner.
