Hey Ann . . . still learning myself . . . aren't we all? Anyway . . . if you're not already doing it I'd suggest bracketing if you can . . . Uhhhhhhh . . . that's all I got for now!

Thank you for adding me to your friends list, Doyle. Also for the advice. I agree about the over exposure. The street also worried me a bit, but the sky was so good I had to upload it. I'm still practising with nightscapes. They're not as easy as they look. Any advice is very much appreciated. Cheers, Ann.

Beautiful shot Ann . . . the long (slow) shutter speed isn't indicated so I cannot give more technical advice . . . but (IMO) it's a tad too long (hence the lower ratings on an otherwise awesome shot). The red Mariott and blue Hotel sign are a bit overexposed. Cutting the length of exposure would have contributed greatly to a better shot (again - IMO). You pulled in AWESOME sky and the composition is very good too. Well done.
