Softness reduces skin blemishes, which is good. Soft filter might be better though. Skintones are off, looks like consumergrade printfilm (Kodak or Agfa) which often does that a bit. Could use a third of a stop or so more exposure too, dark areas have lost texture and detail.
Otherwise a good picture (and those things are relatively minor).
Your poses are working pretty good, now lets work on the film and flash. Need to do something to figure out why the skin color isnt natural. Maybe she is sunburnt? what films are you using? What are your settings? are you having the film developed at wally world, or a reputable lab?
