About	Also called Trash Plate or Waste Plate. I had a Garbage Plate at the place where they were invented. Mine was: Cold macaroni salad, pork and beans, hash browns, corn, two patties of beef and cheese. Stir it all together and stick a fork in it... MAN!!!! It was good. The half eaten plates are Mike's, Amanda's, and MM's... can ya guess which plate was mine? MAN!!!!!!! It was good!!!!!!

Jim -- What a great idea! I have never heard of the garbage plate concept but I am always mixing stuff up to try flavor combos. Your plate as described sounds like more than one human could consume at one sitting but what the heck; you could die trying, right? I'll bet the secret to the mixed flavor would be the pork & beans. This would be the "sauce" glue to bind all the wonderful flavors together.

I'm glad I have a wife that will get me some french toast made with brandy as we speak. Of course there's a trade off - I got to go buy her the newspaper and it's cold out there. At least I don't have to eat your "trash plate". It should be illegal Jim.
