She was more than happy to let the "tourist girl" take a picture of her. Taken in a small village called Misibis in the Philippines. The villagers survive mainly through tourism and their export of abaca weavings and cacao beans.
I was wondering about the motion blur - have you tried taking this photo with different shutter speeds? The blur works fine to show us how quickly the woman is working, so it's good that the hands are blurred, but I would like to see a version where her face is sharp. It would let us appreciate her expression more; also, in this version it looks (at first sight, anyway) as a photo of the loom rather than of the weaver. To sum it up, I'd suggest a faster shutter speed, with focus on the woman and a shallower DOF.
I'd also suggest a different point of view because the wooden cylinder hanging from the top is obstructing her face, and then there's the strangely-looking foot at the bottom.
