hi Peta......b&w is so powerful, I struggle to describe the qualities that take a portrait from being just a picture (this is my auntie, she's from brazil.....ah good, nice hat)to where you are with this amazing shot, the thoughtful composition, the look is priceless, lights and darks well balanced, this shot says' something to you, it is full of life, a childs' face beautifully framed by her hair (harsh word hair, look better than it sounds here)....great work, well done and happy new year. cheers, david.

Your work never stops amazing me. Over the last year, I have had the pleasure of watching you go from a fantastic photographer to an amazing one.
I Love the crop, the expression and the presentation.
If a Picture says 1000 words then this one would fill a novel.

you have an incredible baby's portrait period!!!
I love the way you capture the sweetness of children putting in it a sort of adult way.
All of your children, especially the female, has this kind of adult "b-side", so serious and so intimate....
Rally a great series of portrait: why don't you try to put them all in a collage?
"Youth of the nation" or "Futures".... i suggest ; )
