It's great in B&W, but there's a lot of detail/clarity lost in the conversion... (a lot of pixelation/JPEG distortion especially in the circle at the bottom). This might come from sending the pic back and forth by email... try the B&W conversion yourself next time... it's real easy and you'll improve quality. That said it's still a great shot... but it could be even greater... ;-D
