Great capture, Dave. As I commented elswhere I apologize for picking the same title for a similar photo. If I had seen this before I posted I would have picked a different title.
This young one has such a soft and beautiful face; they are sweet and gentle creatures.

A lovely wildlife shot Dave although not the normal shot of the buck in the open. Scretive with some mystery of nature. (pity about the colour fringing in the background which draw the eeye away from the face). Kind regards.

Great title and nice capture. I would love to see this kind of thing. My family lives in Illinois and my mother often tells me that they come into her yard, she said one day she went to open the door and there was an 8 point buck at the bottom of the stairs. Cool, but sad too, because they're being driven from their homes, because of land developing and new home construction...nice work Dave...Happy Holidays to you and your family...:) Linda

oh bless.. so cute Dave & a very lucky capture... hard trying to see one of these where I live, let alone capture one on film... saying that there seem to have been rather a lot of deer around our area this year, though only lucky enough to spot a couple and they had bounded off before I had a chance to lift camera to eye :/
