Nope that is the way the wires were running when I looked up. I almost had to stand in a busy intersection to get the wires where I wanted them in the frame. If you looked at the pic I posted with one of my other comments you'll see that the birds were stacked like an Alfred Hitchcock movie but they were in the middle of the intersection. If you've ever been to Fla you know that you never walk across an intersection. You run!
