Its great, Dave! I imagine that the one on the right is asking a question as the gesture seems to suggest. The other is pondering the answer. The background pattern is also neat framing of the two figures.

Wonderful tonal range Dave, wow it looks like a very serious conversation indeed. Perfect timing, the expression on the man's face, the hand gesture, somethings going down...LOL. Excellent in black and white, really adds to the serious mood..great against the textured wall....well done Dave!! :)

An excellent candid double portrait of these two men in conversation Dave. The gesticulation from the speaker and the furrowed brow demonstrate that he is in ernest with the matter in hand. The other's expression shows that he is listening but I fancy that I see the beginnings of doubt in the set of his face and the lack of eye contact with the speaker. Wonderful work my friend and we can build stories from this. An excellent conversion into these lovely monochromatic tones, great details in both faces and the background wall with it's amazing textures. All the very best Dave......Ray :)
