Well, I see your glow function must work much like the neon edges in photoshop, as opposed to the "outer glow" function! Certainly saved you time!
Thanks for the reply, j

Hello, dear Jacob. Since I am not using Photoshop, in my little Microsoft Picture It, I selectively layered the original with the 'glow' version by just making the top part of the 'glow' version transparent, to let the original moon show through. It took very little time.:)

Exactly how much time did it take you to select the tree so precisely? Or perhaps you were lucky enough to be able to use the wand and get it in just a few seconds?

Thank you so much, Valery, and I guess it would have been quite easy to move Venus, but didn't think of it...kinda liked it in the tree...:)

Great idea. In my younger days I used to explore the sky with a telescope so I can appreciate this photo. But did you think of transferring Venus closer to the Moon? The astronomers would not mind… and I think we missed the real closer position by a few hours when it was still a daytime… Valery

Hi my friend, You creative ideas is really stunning and very very sophisticated. I can see there is always a very outstanding relationship between the elements of your shots. That's quite adorable. You have a very nice ideas, which have made you a lot distinct from ordinery photography style. I like thinking the same way as you, but Im not that good enough at the moment. I pray for good and this will happen to me soon, and by taking a look at your shots, no doebt that I can learn a lot.
many thanks for sharing this shot as well as the others with us.
Good luck with your future shots, Ardalan
