Thank you very much for the nice comment, Giuseppe!

The gulls are far, that's true. But the size of the details of their heads, like for example their eyes, is still in range of resolution. They should be visible, I think.

Thanks again and have a nice day!

Well, I can't miss this profusion of flowers and colours. Even the roof is bloomed. But what I like most is the contrast between the warm, light colours of the central area and the cold, bluish, dark tonalities of sky and water.
Nick, it does not seems to me that gulls have troubles.I think that they only are far, small and grey in an environment so colourful.
Saluti.

Well, except of the seagulls, I guess.

Thank you very much, John-Eric!

Thank you very much Annemette!

The poor seagulls look a bit strange here, as they lack much detail, but let's name that my contribution to their natural camouflage :-D

Seriously now, any ideas out there about what happened? Overexposition perhaps?

Take care,

Nick

haha great image especially due to the seagulls on the roof relaxing while people walk underneath unaware of their presence. Beautiful flowers that never rest! Nice diagonal line through the photo.
Best wishes
Annemette
