CLEAR SHOT! I love the details on the ricks and the water reflections, nice image my friend... ok, perchaps needs a bit more contrast...but that is only a taste of mine, good one.

Ok ... now I think it is working ... Having a bit of trouble with the mail this morning --- Thank You for the nice comment jessie... I did satuate the color and enhance the contrast on these rocks a bit ..
I am glad you like simple things blown up too.. but then I know this after watching your work that you do too.. Yep we'd be sittiing out all day long shooting pictures ..
It might sound funny but listen to this ... Annemette is in Az. now and so she is very close to me ... I guess if she doesn't make it here it doesn't count but I think it's a small world !!

oh, i love these sort of water shots. did you do anything to it, or is it natural?? i esp love the ripples. gorgeous!!!!! one of my faves, michele! i can see i will have to bring a HUGE thermos of cocoa for us to sit and chat and take pix, if i ever come visit OR!!

Hi, Michelle. I don't see a big difference between the 2 versions on my monitor, but I think I do like the original you meant to post, the one wiht a little more contrast. I certainly think that you don't lose anything with the more natural appearing contrast and colors. Either way it's a nice image.

Thank You so much Paul ... you may have noticed I didn't post the correct image ..but I'm not sure if I managed to get it right to others I tried to show so I won't do it again.... Of course my friend play away it does look so much better with more contrast !!

Hi Tim,
What a nice critique ! I appreciate this very much ... we don't always have so much time to say all the things we want so I appreciate your time to write . Oddly enough I posted the wrong image.... this is the right out of the camera image. I had enhanced the contrast , etc. but made a mistake in posting the wrong one. Now after these nice comments I am not sure what to do.. just leave it i guess for awhile at least.
I am going to try to send you the enhanced image and see if you like it better or not .
Hopefully there will be enough difference to matter! Thank you again for your kind words...

I have a problem going on with my folders and am getting confused, so I am hoping this one does look different ? Maybe not much but it should have better contrast..?

Beautiful abstraction of color and shape, Michelle. My eye was immediately drawn to the composition and the play of colors, but then as I looked at it I wasn't sure I liked how you had brought up the shadows and lost some contrast. But now I think, yeah, it works and adds to the overall impact as an abstraction. I really like it.
