About Used to be an old cane chair. I threw it on the pile of kindling out the back. This is how it landed. I didn't give it another thought, and days later went back for some kindling (It's still cold here and it close to summer... lol... typical Melbourne weather!)
With the leaf having fallen on it, I thought it was quite interesting, so I shot it! :)

Hi Aniko,

I really like this image and the 'about' story gives it more meaning... I like the light, the tones, textures, and angles in the way the cane pieces fell, as well as the depth & shadows.... I love patterns in nature which brings up the leaf that tops this off!
Well done !
7++
Best wishes,
Michele~

~~GRIN~~ Ani... I always really look at the photo and caption, see how they relate, and then how I feel before I read the *about*...

I had this as a split cane blind... wasn't too far off LOL...

Love the soft tones, shadows behind creating the lattice and the deeper tone of the leaf as the tie...

Always interesting work Ani... :)
