Don't I own some weird items? LOL! Good to photograph!
I HAD to play in photoshop and Corel today... Kinda needed a break from my usual "duties"... The heavily worked B&W version took me so long to get even close to being half satisfactory!!! But I could not get that real 3D effect, however I was so far into the project, I refused to give it away.. :)
Once I begin something, there's no stopping me! I'm an obsessive compulsive crazy person... :)
Anyway, nice change from my usual portraits I thought today, to put in all post camera worked "stuff"...

I do like the colored version better in that it brings a lot of life into the photo. But I see what you are trying to do with the non-color version and you are right, it appears to be more of a person wearing a mask rather than the whole being all mask.
This is fantastic, as only you can do.. true Ani-style.
