Hi Annemette, So sorry I couldn't respond to your comment until now ...I agree with you and will most likely remove these last 3 images...altho it doesn't seem fair to rip them down when they have so many comments. I understand and appreciate what you are telling me... I'm not happy with it either.. I shouldn't have posted the last 3 images were very poor...Abraham does look a bit spooky..and so it's not fair to him either. Thank you for your honest critque ... It is much appreciated... Best wishes, Michele~

Dear Michele This is funnylooking having nothing around to compare size and location with. It makes it somewhat spookylooking due to the light and expression also although itīs Abraham Lincoln. It does look somewhat real! Abe means monkey in Danish which is why I call him Abraham:-)) Best wishes, Annemette

me again Paul, meanwhile back at the home where we all do 10 things at once ...I was looking up some info I thought you might be interested in being such an Abe Lincoln person... I am too... don't know what to call us... ? Anyhow I am sending you an image of the entire statue and surmize quickly what it states...
In 1849 A. Lincoln was offered the govenorship of Or. Territory. he choose to Decline the 'untamed ' west ... Frustrated in politics Lincoln temporarily returned to his law practice riding the circuit from village to village always pursueing knowledge thru his self devised saddlebag college.... Hope you like it Paul...
Best wishes, Michele~ PS if the image I am sending was as I took it , It would only be a sillohuette

Ah, yes. It was Abraham Lincoln who said: "Our safety, our liberty, depends upon preserving the Constitution of the United States as our fathers made it inviolate. The people of the United States are the rightful masters of both Congress and the courts, not to overthrow the Constitution, but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution."
Only 20 days to go.
