Yes well we all need once in a while to be spoiled, it's deserved if your work is worthwhile.

Thanks everyone,
glad you liked my green water picture. As I said the water is really THAT green, so no filters and no PS manipulations. I don't even know what makes it so green, but it stains the rocks, too. Could be algae (though I haven't seen any slimy deposits) or copper... or some other mysterious compound:)

well, it'd be quite difficult to get anybody under the water, because the stream is really small (30in wide probably) but I liked the idea:)
now the stream is all gone because it's winter and the campus is covered in snow. in spring i'll get a suitable body under the water and run a new series:)

alain,
now I feel spoiled:) I'm not much into shooting rocks under water, but that was a lucky day (squirrel capture considered).

Hi Hanna,
I thought let's spend an hour in Hanna's wonderfull portfolio.
This is really a silly subject, I'd never dream of shooting dumb rocks under the water, but you saw and did it with this result!
Hmm, that's what photo is all about and making others see differently.

I love water in my photos and this is why. The dreamy state that you can show so easily. Well done again!

So much green. Reminds me of home. We broke a record for rainiest month ever recorded last month (for Seattle). Even the sidewalks turn green.

I have a better title for this brilliant shot "liquid peebles".
Love the well detailed composition, nice natural colours and
light. Well balanced tonality, looks like a frosted water.
Very exciting photograph, bravo dear Hanna, I do love it. ;) 7/7

Cheers dear!

So well done; must have been tough to get the water and its motion to show so perfectly. You can hear the water flowing as it is so vivid.

Nicely done. Made it a fav. The water and the reflecting light just make it for me. The rocks are cool , well defined but a tad green. Otherwise it goes up on my wall. Regards Ron.
