Known as "harvesters" these people often work within feet of massive bulldozers spreading the garbage. With one eye on the area they are harvesting, and the other on the bulldozers, its a hazardous job looking for scraps of metal/ plastic or food.. The bulldozers move where and at a pace that suits them, and often the harvesters have to scurry out of the way - no wonder this woman was not interested in looking my way for a picture. I thought it dramatic anyway...
