Dear Jorge!
I am feeling not too bad at this moment... Don't know how I will feel later though... lol... so therefore it is not a hard task to reply to your many kind comments and your obvious sincere interest in my works. Therefore it is my pleasure to explain indepth how my images come into being. Now back to the avalanche! I'm not quite done yet! :) :) :)

Thank you Jorge!
This is a direct scan from a slide and there has been no post processing. I see why you would say there is... the greys in the image are slightly biased to cyan and magenta, but I did NOT add these colours. Scanned images (especially with my "naughty" scanner that is not fond of scanning slides, or you would see many many more images from slides in my portfolio), are often not exactly well colour balanced. I didn't mind that when I saw this image. The original still has a little cyan in it, as that was the colour of the morning! I believe that the sharpening of this image (which I always do before posting, as otherwise images tend to come out looking "flat") might also contribute to the strange impact of this photo, as does the chosen DOF.
The title "Grave" is really a double meaning. As in the literal sense, but the focus is really on the neglect... and that is sad and "grave", with the meaning "serious"...
Best wishes and thank you so much yet again, my friend! Aniko :)

The story of your images, starts first, by the colours you reach in pos treatment. I like a lot .

Thanks Bek...
Yeah, I guess it is a bit of a sad one. I am an odd creature. All subjects fascinate me... I hang around graveyards a lot... amongst other places. All things neglected with nature taking over are of great interest to me. Probably doesn't make a lot of sense, but that's me! :)
I alweays appreciate your interest and comments, Bek.
Warm Thannks, Ani x x x
