Shocked? I think I like it for the same reasons you stuck with it in the first place. The impact of the shot, I think, lies more in the mood and emotions it evoke than in its technical excellence. Proof that an image is more than just ink on a paper (or pixels on a screen)!

I really like the way you've worked this image, Dave. I would not have known it was shot in heavy rain. It does have a tranquil warm feeling to it. Just beautiful!
