My daughter's place is near the airport, so lots of low air traffic. I see planes go across the face of the moon and wish I had a set up that could get shots like this. I can't start hauling my scope there, but wish I had it sometimes.

Hi Carlen,
It is necessary to underexpose moon shots or all you get is a big white ball. Having big glass and a telephoto help as well (or a telescope).

Last week some friends and I were downtown looking at parliament at night. There was a full moon and it was kind of creepy. hehe
Your photo is great - I've never quite figured out how to take photos of the moon.
