I prefer this one. All the lines draw me right into the marvelous scenery. Somehow, that feeling gets a little lost in other one. I think it is because the very orangey hills are a little overwhelming for me. This has a serenity to it that is appelaing. MAry

Outstanding Rob, One of the best landscapes I've seen in a while. The warm tone really makes this image a winner, reminds me of some of the Swiss shots I've seen. Very well done, Congrats, Bill

Fun to compare this shot with your 2/24/06 posting of Aspen Bells. Almost the same composition - this one makes you feel peaceful and gives a tranquil feeling with all that green. Aspen Bells with all the snow gives off a cold and forbidding feeling. You must have stood in almost the same spot as the two compositions are almost identical. Like both shots, but really like Aspen Bells. (Probably because we could use some of that cold snow about now!)

Must be the mountain air that got you up early for this one - and well worth it.
Excellent landscape and beautiful reflection in the water. Great colors!
