Hello Narabia,
I like the composition, the noise end the colors suit well to it .
All together you present an image that really keeps my attention (I always look more times for good reflection before I react).
Point of improval could be the lines (hairs of scratches ?) behind the glass (1) and on the left (2) seeing from the point of the watcher. It's just a subjective suggestion and I really like this photo, mostly because of the expression and the way you realized it.

Monika, I think there are too many alternative elements in this picture, too many at once. You have flat lighting, noise/grain texture, lack of focus, dull detractive colors and very agressive composition. I'm still thinking do I really like your job here?????...
