Main problem is motion blur. You need to use tripod when shoting in low light conditions, even if your camera have AntiShake system.
You also need to perfect Neutral Density Graduated filter work. Here right to pop corner is darker then rest of the image. I would try diagonal positioning of ND Grad.
With low light conditions and wide angle lens, use
manual focus to infinity.

Dear Abdur Rahman,
This is a Landscape and it is not necessary photographic wise to have a human present in it to make successful at all, the image composition wise is ok and so the colors, as I mentioned earlier it just luck the sharpness other wise it is very pleasant image to view.

All it needs is a slight sharpening. Somehow surrealistic and almost alien in its feeling for me...I love it!

This is a wonderful Landscape and a sun set, very great colors and composition but to me it looks unsharp, I hope I am mistaken as I did enjoy viewing this image, wihsing you all of the best my friend.
