About This image was shot in front of Madam K's restaurant on 13 August 2006.

These are rope lights and some other stuff from the store front as seen from across the street.

Also in this series:

This image has been cropped, rotated, resized and shrunk. I also ran auto-levels and added the thin border. No other PS work.

Thanks for taking a look.

Well, as a dedication to your girlfriend/friend it works very fine with the dominating pink:-) Itīs only when being regarded without these special feelings that it seems somewhat wrong disturbing the delicate pattern and colours.

Annemette - The pink line clearly dominates the shot (in spite of its diminutive stature). It works as part of this series, but if I were choosing individual photos I might skip this one.

Oh this is beautiful! All the patterns that seem to be a fine fabric for angels or elves. The deep red background is very appealing, the way they move about, and so is the line on the right with the orange/white pattern. The thick pink line in front provides some depth, but in a way it spoils the rest of this fragile beauty being very demanding in its colour and size. Merely my opinion though. There might be hundreds who think otherwise:-)
Take care
Annemette

Roger - I've gone back again and done another series. I'll probably go again. I think this storefront has more to offer. Thanks again.

Marija - Thank you. I really like the deep red in the corner myself. The pink line is the center piece--another for my friend who loves pink. The weavy stuff is all rope lights. I really like what can be done with them. The line (w&y) is fairly common (I see it often in my street luxagraphic images), but I'm not sure what bulb is producing it. See you around.

This one has wonderful subtle colours James. The pink line adds contrast, and most of all I enjoy the white&yellow one on the right. What a wonderful weavy texture.
