About This beautiful Cathedral is one of the cities main attractions since the decline of the GOLDFIELDS, which certainly reflects the prosperity in the heyday of this Central Victorian city. Work satrted in 1897 and declared
open in 1901, although several additional phases took place, including the hexagen spires which is over 86m above floor level. The floor area exceeds HALF an ACRE !

Hi Carlen,
Yes that was a good suggestion, but if you go back a couple of my pics, I am posing on the beach at the bottom of Gibsons Steps. Whilst down there, you get the feeling of insignificance
Thank you for your feedback and comment.
Take care,
JD

I was wondering if I was the only person seeing a little tilt until you mentioned it below. Ok. haha

This is a great photo with fantastic lighting to me. I like how the left pews are slanted and the right are relatively straight.

I think if you get a chance to go back you should photograph the walls from below up. I think the architecture itself is very worthy of being shot.

Keep up the good work!

Thank you, Paul for your posotive comment on the 'Bendigo Cathedral' entry. I am also most grateful for constructive criticism of ANY of my pics.
Just looking at the submitted photo again, it wouldn't have hurt to STRAIGHTEN it up a little!
Kind Regards
