Nice and powerful image Hanggan! I think you might have a tad bit too much negative space on the left side of the composition and I'd consider a tighter crop there to give the image more impact. Personal preference, of course. The two white areas above the head are slightly distracting too. I think a slight change in midtones and brightness . . . when worked with a tighter crop and elimination of the two white areas will give this already very good picture much more impact!! Nicely done and great B&W conversion!
