Hello Luis,
The bubbles are likely from decomposing vegetation in this shallow bay. I don't think it is from polution. The water was relatively clear of debris.

They look sort of eerie. 6 to 8 inches are pretty big for bubbles, it must have been an intriguing sight. I've not seen this. Very neat shot, Todd. Congratulations on SC.

Very interesting shot. I have to agree with a previous comment, that this looks toxic. I like the patterns and creativity with this shot. Would be a good environmental picture.
