Thankyou, Ian. I glanced through your portfolio and left a message of reply on one of your fine pics. I don't think the extender does anything for sharpness, except to allow me to focus from a closer viewpoint.

Hi Dave,
I am in awe of how sharp these shots of yours are. Then I noticed you used a 12mm extender. I normally use an 18-55mm Sigma, but I never get such an effect as this. Could be so kind as to give me a few tips and to give me some details on these extenders, especially as we have the same BRILLIANT camera.
