Thank you, Sheryl. I can never make up my mind about desert shots, since the color versions are so colorful and I love the mixture of colors. But I must agree with you and a lot of others, the sepis version of this is probably the best.

I'm all for the sepia for this image. I guess because of the "old" or rustic sense that sepia gives an image, it really works for this...makes you "feel" how dry the river bed really is. Plus, it makes your contrasts in the shadows and the trees all the more intense. Great job! ~Sheryl

Pides opinión comparando estas dos imágenes. Personalmente me cuesta compararlas porque interpreto que las intenciones con una y otra son distintas dentro del arte de la fotografía... pero esto es personal. Me gusta ésta también... felicitaciones por ambas!!!

Both are nice Dave but I pick this one, and I think even a pure BW would be very nice! One little thing for the CC which is the blown cloud :)
