Nice to have you back in Nebraska taking pictures of soft corn silk instead of the stickly cactus :-) The corn silk looks soft and "silky" and moist. A geat range of greens in this image, Don. Nicely done. Larry

A very lovely shot Don with that sprinkling of sunlight creating a wonderful atmosphere. The light has caught the tassle beautifully and reveals wonderful detail. The dof is great as are the varied tones of green my friend. Well done to you. My very best wishes to you as always.....Ray

I've got to say, I've never bought corn in a supermarket or anywhere else that looked that good. Where's all the rotting black silk? The bug holes.
Nice picture, really. If you had to do a photo ad for the corn growers, you;d have it!

Hi Don, real classy shot here. Well defined subject with excellent lighting. Just enough detail in the background to add to the story, but with a shallow DOF to keep the interest on the tassel.
