I think you did provide us with a focal point in the offset horizontal line to the right. I enjoy urban abstracts, the use of pure color with some form to bring out a shot that is more like a Mondrian composition than anything. I think this is really well done with bold color. I only would recommend adding some little detail that might set it apart. Maybe look for an imperfection or some small thing that would add a focal point.
