I think it's one of those things where because of the CCD it's nigh on impossible to get a totally accurate colour capture by post processing.

The lilly is a very brilliant orange in reality and not nearly as yellow as in your modification, however the red is probably more accurate.

Of course the other factor in this is the monitor you are using. With Photoshop it has a utility to set the monitor to a consistent colour format so that you can try and get near accurate colour settings. But there are clear differences between that monitor and others that I use, so you may be seeing this image differently from me.

Lovely composition and framing. Great Point-Of-View. To me the whole image is a little grey or over saturated. (white balance issue I think)
I used Acdsee and knocked back the midtones a bit to reveal the true colours (perhaps).
